Jazzin’ It Up At Gilda’s Coffee House

"I love coffee, I love tea,

I love the java and it loves me…"

Come tap your feet to sweet jazz tunes while enjoying a cup of java with some delicious treats at Gilda’s Coffee House on Monday, April 11 at 6pm at the Clubhouse.  Music will be generously presented by Tim Lekan and Friends of the Somers Point Jazz Society with Tim on the acoustic bass, Joe Barrett on clarinet and tenor saxophone plus, a very special guest!

The Somers Point Jazz Society is a non-profit corporation which presents a year-round calendar of jazz events in southern New Jersey.  The mission of the Society is to promote and foster the performance of the unique American musical art form know as “jazz” in and around Somers Point, NJ, to provide opportunities for community members, both young and old to learn more about this art form; and to present this music in small intimate venues that lend themselves to both the jazz performer and the jazz listener.  http://www.spjazz.org/

It will be a wonderful evening at our Clubhouse in Linwood.  Join us and experience the power music can have to transport us to a delicious place while enjoying the company of friends in a warm, relaxing, intimate setting.  A cup, a cup, a cup, a cup, a cup… Please do call to let us know you plan on being here:  609-926-2699.
